Serviceplan Suisse has enjoyed strong growth since it was founded seven years ago and now employs over seventy people. Partners Pam Hügli and Raul Serrat are keen to invest even more resources in the future with the aim of bringing their own values to the agency – values which they see as indispensable for ensuring successful collaboration with employees and clients alike. They will be supported in their efforts by an expanded management team which boasts different areas of expertise but shares a common set of principles.
For Pam Hügli, the focus has always been on cooperation. In her view, a team of people who work well together, share the same values and enjoy what they do is crucial to providing an exceptional service. She is convinced that this positive energy also has an effect on collaboration with clients, and that projects are realised through a combination of creativity and sheer clout. Cooperation is a matter very close to Pam Hügli’s heart, and something on which she plans to place even greater focus going forwards. This is why she and Raul Serrat have decided to expand the management team and divide the tasks and responsibilities among a greater number of people.
In this new-look management team, a certain level of chemistry between the members is just as important as having the right qualifications. Speaking about this, Pam Hügli explained: “Raul and I have been working tirelessly over the last few months to get the right people in place for the new management team. The positions have been filled by a mixture of internal candidates and external appointments, to help bring a fresh approach to things.”
The members of the new management team cover numerous areas of expertise: Partners Pam Hügli, CEO, and Raul Serrat, Chief Creative Officer, will be joined by Marcin Baba, Executive Creative Director, Gaël Fuchs, CFO, and Client Service Directors Sonia Ducu and Kerstin Schnyder. Pam Hügli finds one aspect particularly pleasing: “In terms of gender equality, the team is still perfectly balanced. Our advertising is for everyone, so it’s important to have the views and skills of both sexes represented on the management team.”
However, Pam Hügli and Raul Serrat are not only looking forward to working with their new management team colleagues, but also their dedicated employees, who have been brought even closer together thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. Both share the same view in this regard: “If challenging times such as these show us anything, it’s that working towards the same goal, supporting each other and being understanding can help you overcome the most unexpected hurdles. We want to preserve and strengthen these values in our company, as they are the best way to ensure our success in the future.”
