Every company that’s part of Serviceplan Group Switzerland is managed by one to two managing directors, who are also substantial shareholders, motivating an entrepreneurial approach within their respective companies. We hold regular meetings with employees and management, in which measures to ensure employee satisfaction are discussed. To monitor employee satisfaction, we conduct surveys several times a year.
Environment
For us, sustainability means maintaining a careful use of resources and using alternative waste concepts. We have made vast improvements in terms of energy efficiency over the past few years. For example, we built the House of Communication to Minergie standards, we don’t have air conditioning, and we use more energy-efficient lighting and hardware. Wherever possible, we have switched to green energy, and we strictly follow the principle of «think before you print». We also make the most of videoconferencing, which allows us to avoid air travel.
