JAISLI-XAMAX AG «TIKTOK CHALLENGES FOR APPRENTICES»
Background
With 95 apprentices across three locations, Jaisli-Xamax is strongly committed to supporting young people and technical apprenticeships. Unfortunately, many school-aged students have no idea of how exciting work in the electrical industry can be. To change this, we created a campaign especially for 13 to 15-year-olds’ favorite platform: TikTok.
Execution
We brough the electrical sector to life in eight short videos produced in-house and featuring current Jaisli-Xamax AG apprentices. At the time of the campaign’s launch, advertising on TikTik still wasn’t possible in Switzerland. But the content caught on organically, generating media interest from more than a dozen national and regional newspapers and news portals - including “20 Minuten”, Switzerland’s most widely read newspaper.
