SERVICEPLAN GROUP FOR INNOVATIVE COMMUNICATION

The Serviceplan Group Switzerland brings together all communication disciplines under one roof in a central location in Zürich. At the “House of Communication” four independent agencies managed by Swiss owners work under one roof – either in partnership or independently. Their fully-integrated teams of experts combine local knowledge with global communication trends. The Serviceplan Group is convinced that efficient brand management and the right idea move people’s emotions and can propel a brand to the top with a high level of efficiency.

To attain this status, brand strategists, creatives, media specialists, dialogue and CRM experts, online specialists, web designers, PR consultants and experts in commercial marketing work in a fully-integrated manner for Swiss and international customers such as ABB, BMW, Delica (Café Royal) and Swisscom.

In the House of Communication everyone strives to build best brands on a daily basis.

Founded in 1970 as a classic advertising agency, by the mid-90s Serviceplan had become the first communications agency to move into the burgeoning online market and had also adjusted to the requirements of the future in the area of media. Today, all the corporate brands within the Group – Plan.Net, the media agency Mediaplus and Facit – also rank among the market leaders in their respective competitive environments.

It is the precise interplay between over 40 agencies specialising in creation, technology and media that sets Serviceplan apart as the leading agency group for innovative communication. The numerous beneficiaries of this expertise include blue-chip clients such as AOK, Beiersdorf, BMW, Carglass, Castrol, Continental, Cortal Consors, E.ON, HiPP, LEGO, Lufthansa, Miele, MINI, O2, Paulaner, Penny, Siemens, Tchibo, ThyssenKrupp, Unicef and Weight Watchers.

Together, all Serviceplan companies at our offices in Berlin, Bogota, Bremen, Brussels, Buenos Aires, Delhi, Dubai, Hamburg, Lima, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Mexico City, Miami, Moscow, Munich, New York, Panama City, Paris, Santiago de Chile, Sao Paulo, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Vienna and Zurich currently have more than 1,300 employees whose work regularly garners awards at national and international creative competitions. At the 59th International Festival of Creativity in Cannes, Serviceplan was the most successful German agency, claiming a total of 15 "Lions" and the "Grand Prix" in the "Design" category. The agency group also won the "Direct Agency of the Year" award.
